Marco Nazzari is currently the Managing Director Sports across all International Markets. He oversees all client services and commercial activity, in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. This includes engagements with over 1200 clients across Major Leagues, Teams and Sports Properties
to Sponsor Brands, Media Platforms and Agencies, including FIFA, UEFA and the International Olympic
Committee.


He took over this role in April 2020 after managing Nielsen Sports Europe and Middle East for two years, since 2018.

Marco has been fully committed to the sport marketing industry since 1996, in leading positions. He has been managing high profile sports marketing and entertainment projects, mainly with brands in areas such as F1, MotoGp.

Marco has spent 6 years supporting the sponsorship program of one of the major sponsors of the UEFA Champions League and 4 years leading the sponsorship project of one of the Olympic Top Partners, working at the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic Games.


Prior to Nielsen, Marco worked at Repucom, as Chief Revenue Officer Europe Marco currently serves as a member of the marketing commission of the Global Esports Federation and is a regular contributor to the sports industry media.

Recently he has been appointed as Cluster Leader Mediterranean for the broader Nielsen Media
organization, managing the whole Nielsen Media products portfolio in Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
